Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Health and Wellness Coordinator** to join our team, focusing on Aetna jobs and services. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting wellness programs, supporting the community’s health initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve the overall health of Kodiak residents. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in health promotion, wellness program coordination, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Aetna services and healthcare programs is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for community health and wellness initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with health data management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
