Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Health and Wellness Coordinator** to join our team, focusing on Aetna jobs and services. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting wellness programs, supporting the community’s health initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve the overall health of Kodiak residents. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of the Kodiak community.
- Coordinate with Aetna and other healthcare providers to ensure access to resources and services for community members.

- Organize health fairs, workshops, and educational sessions to promote healthy living.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health promotion, wellness program coordination, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Aetna services and healthcare programs is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for community health and wellness initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with health data management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
