Position: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Jacksonville State University, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. Your role will be essential in providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects JSU’s commitment to student success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist students and visitors with a variety of inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
