Position Overview: Entry Level Technical Support Specialist
We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Technical Support Specialist. This is an incredible opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to begin their career in the technical field. As part of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our IT infrastructure and providing assistance to our staff in using technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests from staff, addressing software, hardware, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to computers and mobile devices.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including monitoring software licenses and asset management.
